Flag Football
The Old Plank Christian Academy Girls Flag Football program is dedicated to developing student-athletes who compete with excellence, integrity, and a Christ-centered purpose. As one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation, flag football provides young women with the opportunity to build athletic skills, leadership, teamwork, and confidence while representing the Defenders on and off the field.
Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game, including passing, receiving, route running, defensive coverage, football IQ, and game strategy. Athletes are challenged to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through disciplined training, competitive play, and a commitment to honoring God in everything they do.
At OPCA, we believe success is measured by more than wins and losses. We strive to develop young women of character who demonstrate sportsmanship, perseverance, accountability, and servant leadership. Through practices, games, team activities, and community involvement, our players learn valuable life lessons that extend far beyond the football field.
Whether competing for championships or building lifelong friendships, the Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders Flag Football program is committed to creating an environment where student-athletes can thrive, grow in their faith, and reach their full potential.
Defenders Flag Football — Compete with Passion. Lead with Character. Honor Christ.
